actiTIME supports both billable and non-billable task statuses.
Non-billable tasks can be easily filtered off in billing reports
and are not included into invoice data export.
Each billable task has a billing type assigned.
These billing types can be customized by the user in accordance with the active accounting system.

You can set any day of the week to be the first working day displayed by the system.
It will allow you to configure in actiTIME the financial/reporting week adopted in your organization.

You can configure nonstandard working and non-working days with a mouse click.
The Work Schedule actiTIME interface allows you to view and configure
working and non-working days for 5 months in a row simultaneously.

Access rights are managed individually for each actiTIME user.
A set of granted rights defines the user's permission to access actiTIME interfaces and data.

Once the work on a task is finished you can mark this task as Completed.
The time-track reported for completed tasks cannot be modified.
In addition, you will be able to make reports on tasks completed within
a period of time.
|
Once the work on a certain project is completed you can archive it.
You can also archive the customers if you are through working with them.
Archived Projects and Customers will be hidden in most of the system interfaces,
however you will still be able to generate reports on them.
